Fare Types & Refund Conditions
- Non-Refundable Fares: These tickets cannot be refunded once issued. In case of cancellation, only applicable taxes may be refundable (subject to airline policy).
- Refundable Fares: These tickets can be refunded, but cancellation charges may apply as per the airline's fare rules.
- Partially Refundable Fares: A portion of the ticket value may be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by the airline, the processing time varies:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days
- Bank Transfer: 10-15 business days
- Cash Payment: 5-7 business days (in-office collection)
Airline-Initiated Cancellations
If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight at no additional cost. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
